Topshop orange jacket and black dress

I’ve been trying to stay away from black dresses lately because I have so many but I couldn’t resist this stunning little number from Topshop. I really like the lace and mesh detail – it makes a change from the countless plain black dresses in my wardrobe. I suppose one more LBD won’t hurt!

The jacket certainly caught my eye on the rail – it’s such a vivid orange! I thought that it would be perfect to inject some colour into all-black outfit. I love wearing black but it does start to look very “same-y” after a while so a bright jacket and a cool clutch is a great way to add interest and freshen up the look.
