First World Problems; trying to blog whilst working full-time

Writing this, I’m feeling pretty frazzled. Life is busy. Working full-time, going to the gym 3-5 times a week, spending time with my family/friends/Luis, living with my parents whilst their house is being renovated, creating blog content, saving for my own house and trying to stay sane is no mean feat.

Blogging and working full-time

It doesn’t sound much. I know many people have spouses, houses to run and children to take care of. However, this is my situation so I can only talk about which relates to me. I’m sure my priorities will change in the future. But now, my priorities are my loved ones, keeping fit, blogging and of course, work.

Work obviously takes up most of my day. I’m often in the office by 7:30am and by the time I get home after the gym around 7pm, shower, make dinner, prepare tomorrow’s lunch and get my stuff ready for the next day – it’s time to go to bed!

Blogging and working full-time

So you can imagine what it’s like trying to fit blogging in! Working full-time and blogging isn’t easy. But I’m determined to keep at it, even if that means writing on the go (the Notes app on the iPhone is KEY), taking pictures at the weekend and updating my social media channels whenever I can.

I know all this may seem trivial to some. But blogging is important to me. I’ve been writing since I was a little girl and I’ll always have a passion for it. So I have to keep that fire burning. Even if other things have to come first.

Hopefully, there are people out there who know where I’m coming from. Especially bloggers who work full-time themselves. It’s hard to fit it all in, right?! If anyone has any cheeky little tips, please let me know!
