Pampering with Nugg Beauty

Whenever I have a pamper night at home, the first thing I do is apply a face mask. I find them so therapeutic as they make me relax for a bit! Face masks the perfect excuse to lie back and read or watch TV while they’re getting to work. They’re my weekly treat!

Recently, Nugg Beauty kindly sent me their face masks to try and I’m really impressed with them. First of all, I love the packaging. The pods are super cute and great for travelling. Plus, the formulas are formulated with natural ingredients, produced without parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances and they’re cruelty-free. YAY!

I was sent the following Nugg Beauty masks…

De-stress

The de-stress mask nourishes, soothes & protects the skin from the negative effects of pollution. It contains a powerful antioxidant blend of Acai Berry, Bilberry and Goji Berry extracts to help neutralise free radicals. It still left my skin feeling soft and supple.

Revitalising

With peppermint oil and flaxseed oil, the revitalising mask is an ideal wake-up call for tired skin. It has a refreshing gel texture with a natural cooling sensation. It made my skin tingle a bit – but not in an uncomfortable way! My personal favourite as left my skin with a dewy glow.

Deep Cleansing

The deep cleansing mask doesn’t dry out the skin or leave it feeling tight either. With cucumber extract and jojoba oil, it removes excess sebum and helps reduce the appearance of pore size. My skin felt ultra-clean after using. It’s an ideal mask for using after wearing full face of make-up!

Anti-ageing

The anti-ageing mask is designed to rejuvenate and replenish maturing skin. It contains vitamin b3, wheat germ oil and white tea extract help firm the skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines. I don’t really have fine lines but this had a lovely scent and made my skin feel younger and fresher.

Soothing

The soothing mask contains chamomile extract and shea butter help reduce the appearance of redness while intensely hydrating the skin. It would be amazing as an after-sun mask because it’s so moisturising – my skin was baby soft afterwards!

Hydrating

With camellia seed oil, spirulina extract and aloe juice, this mask left my skin soft, plump and hydrated. I’ll definitely be using it in the winter when my skin tends to lack radiance and feel a little dry. A must-have for anyone with dry skin!

Exfoliating

This was probably my least favourite mask but only because I wasn’t fussed on the idea of n exfoliating mask. I think I’d prefer to exfoliate properly using a scrub and then apply a mask! However, this did a good job making my skin feel smooth without irritating.

Thank you, Nugg Beauty! Have you tried any of these masks?

I’ve been wanting to try these for awhile now. I love little mask pots like these. I get the H&M ones often. The de-stress one looks like my cup of tea. Thanks for reviewing them all. Have you tried the lip mask? x

Hi Sarirah! I recommend them, they are very good! I love mask posts too – less messy and more convenient! I haven’t tried the lip mask but it looks interesting! Thank you so much for reading.
