Valentine’s Day styling with Ego footwear

Personally, I love Valentine’s Day. I think it’s the perfect excuse to show your loved one some affection. I know there are loads of sceptics out there who dislike the holiday but to me, it’s harmless and a bit of fun.

Every year, I look forward to deciding what I’m going to wear for Valentine’s Day. So, I’ve chosen three outfits centred around a black leather skirt to suit different types of dates; a night out, concert or dinner.

Look 1

The first outfit is perfect for a night out or drinks at a trendy bar. It’s glamorous and sassy but not too OTT. A fresh white t-shirt tucked into a leather skirt is ideal for when I don’t fancy wearing a dress but still want to look stylish. The barely there heels really complete the look. They’re not something I usually go for but I’m obsessed with the crystal strap!

Look 2

I can imagine this outfit being suitable for a concert. I’m a sucker for band tees and this AC/DC number from Topshop just had to come home with me. I’ve teamed it with the same leather skirt and denim ankle boots in mid blue. Despite the wooden heel and pointed toe, they are super comfortable to wear and I love the distressed look.

Look 3

Going out for dinner is probably my favourite way to spend Valentine’s Day so this outfit would be great for wining and dining. I went for a khaki high neck top from Topshop and these satin boots with contrasting velvet laces and stiletto heel. The lace details are amazing and really help the outfit stand out. I can’t complain about the five-inch heel height either, they make me feel a million dollars!

Such a great post and such a shame I can’t wear heels anymore. Love the AC/DC t-shirt too

I like Valentine’s Day too. I love the lace up and denim boots but I don’t think I could walk in the other pair; even though they’re ridiculously pretty!

Wow you look gorgeous in all four! I had no idea Ego did such nice shoes ~ I know that sounds weird, but I thought their shoes were more traditional but I love all four xxx

I like the first and third outfits the most but the first one is my favourite – it’s simple enough to really show off those amazing heels!
