Honestly, I love reading about peoples’ interests and daily activities. Not only does it gives me a sense of who they are as a person but also shows their ‘normal’ side too. The behind-the-scenes version of themselves.
The day job
At the moment, I’m feeling rather content. I’m grateful for my job and the fact that I work with lovely people. I’ve worked in not-so-nice offices in the past so I know what it’s like to wake up and dread going into work. I appreciate not feeling like that anymore.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s not my dream career but it’s decent, respectable and the type of role that I don’t have to worry about when 5pm comes around. It will do for the time being!
Fitness and health
I’m also happy with my current fitness regime. I aim to work out 3-5 times a week but it all depends on what my diary looks like. However, I will always make training a priority and even if I’m busy in the evenings, I’ll get up early and have a session before I go to work. Needs must!
As for my diet, I’m still very much an advocate of plant-based eating. I choose vegan options where possible and I‘ve cut out most animal products. I still eat some animal products (eggs, real butter, fish) but not as much as I used to. I can’t remember the last time I ate meat!
A new chapter
You might have noticed a recurring face on my Instagram too. My lovely boyfriend Luis! Our relationship is something I want to keep private but I thought I’d mention him in case you were wondering. We’re just enjoying life together and having as much fun as possible in the process.
Going forward, I want to amp things up with my blog and make the most of it. I won’t lie, it’s difficult to juggle alongside other commitments but writing is my passion and I will do everything I can to keep up the momentum. Thank you to everyone who keeps supporting!
Ah, it’s nice to reflect on what’s been going in my life. Bring on the next few months!
