How I’m wearing floral print this summer

Floral prints are gorgeous all year round but I tend to reach for them more in the summer. They’re perfect for sunny days, warm evenings and everything else in between! Here are some outfits which have been bloomin’ lovely recently…

Feather florals

Trousers and top, Twisted Wunder. Shoes, ASOS.

What’s better than florals and faux feathers?! This stylish set makes me feel like the fifth ABBA member and without a doubt, a Dancing Queen! Especially with these groovy gold platforms from ASOS. Pass me a mocktail, see you at the disco!

Retro Florals

Jumpsuit: Nobody’s Child. Vest, Zara. Shoes, River Island. Bag, ASOS.

I have a soft spot for jumpsuits because they’re so easy to throw on. This one from Nobody’s Child caught my eye thanks to the cute collar and wide leg. The purple floral print is rather retro too. I’ve added a pink vest underneath for another pop of colour and grabbed a lilac mini bag for the essentials.

Jacquard Florals

Blazer, top and trousers, Zara. Headband & shoes, ASOS.

As soon as I saw these jacquard trousers and matching top in Zara, I had to have them! Co-ord sets are brilliant because you can wear them together or separately. I’ve worn the trousers with shirts for work and the crop top with jeans and shorts. Multipurpose pieces are a winner!

Multi florals

Trousers and top, Annorlunda. Bikini top (underneath), New Look. Shoes, ASOS.

What can I say, I just love floral trousers! I think the rainbow colours did it for me with this funky pair from Annorlunda. The coordinating top was a bit revealing for me but nothing a bright pink bikini top underneath couldn’t solve. Sorted!

Smart florals

Trousers, Stradivarius. Top and shoes, ASOS. Blazer, Zara. Bag, Oasis (previously gifted).

A floral blazer is a great addition to any wardrobe and this one from Zara has been a summer staple for years. Seven years, in fact! I paired it with a orange knitted vest from ASOS and emerald green trousers from Stradivarius for a night away with Sam. The gold platforms made another appearance too!

Amazing floral pattern. I’m thrilled with this because I love the style and the print.
