When it comes to fragrances, I like to wear a fresh scent during the day and a more sultry scent in the evenings.
With Ghost Eclipse and Deep Night, I can go from day to night effortlessly.
Shimmering with energy and warmth, Ghost Eclipse gives a sense of playful femininity. The sun-drenched other half of the iconic Ghost fragrance Deep Night, Eclipse lifts the spirits with its optimistic notes. The ultimate girl next door fragrance.
Eclipse opens with a juicy explosion of blackcurrant, apple and peach, plus sparkling citrus tones. In the heart, a soft romantic bouquet of freesia, lotus and sensuous rose, before an addictive dry down of amber and musk gives depth to an unforgettable fragrance. Perfect for fun summer days!
Ghost Deep Night is a velvety fragrance takes you from day to night and beyond. Dark, deep and mesmriding, it’s an ideal fragrance for night time wear complete with an LBD and sexy heels.
As for the scent, it is an intoxicating pairing of Indian rose and belle de nuit, before a signature fruity-woody heart of quenching peach, apricot and white woods create intrigue. In the base, sensuous vanilla, amber and musk envelop the skin in beauty.
These 30ml bottles are great for packing in my bag for trips away because it means that I don’t have to carry two huge bottles of mismatched perfume. Instead, I have a fusion of scents which complement each other.
If I had to choose a favourite, I’d go for Eclipse as it has a lighter, crisper edge to it without smelling too clean and soapy. It’s sweet but not sickly – the amber and musk really does give it some depth.
On the other hand, there’s something very attractive about Deep Night. It’s the sort of scent that you would smell on someone and wonder what it was. It lingers for ages! In a good way, of course.
Ghost Fragrances are stocked at Boots, The Perfume Shop, The Fragrance Store, Debenhams and Superdrug stores nationwide. However, please note that I was kindly sent them to try.
