Hello everyone!
I’m wearing my trusty Zara leather trousers, Kurt Geiger boots (I rarely take them off!) and a cosy Next jumper. You might recognise the jumper, it’s the one I had from the Next press day goody bag! It’s so warm and comfortable – ideal for the winter months. The last time I wore a high necked jumper, I was in my teens. I loved them back then so I’m pleased to see them on the high street again. There’s something very chic about a high neck – understated yet stylish.
Phil bought the hat for me last year at Lou Lou’s vintage fair in Cardiff. It was hard to put the black version down but I’m glad I opted for this gorgeous berry shade in the end – I have five different black hats already so another would be a tad excessive!
I like this look as it’s practical and simple. I think its easy to overcomplicate outfits with jewellery and too many accessories so it feels nice to forget about fussy details and focus on a few key pieces instead.
What do you think of the jumper? Are high necks for you?
I haven’t done a look post in a while apart from my one for the St David’s style challenge. I hope you’ve enjoyed the lifestyle and beauty content I’ve been posting over the past few weeks. I’m off to Cardiff today to review another beauty salon (post coming soon!) which I’m really looking forward to. Who doesn’t enjoy a pampering session?!
