Keeping warm with Wolford tights

Now that it’s turned much colder, I’ve realised that I probably can’t get away with bare legs as much anymore.

Fortunately, Wolford sent me a gorgeous pair of cashmere and silk tights which are fabulous for adding a touch of luxury to A/W dresses and skirts as well as keeping me toasty.

I normally find tights too restrictive but these ones are really soft, breathable and above all, they’re extremely comfortable. Usually, I can’t wait to take tights off as soon as possible and get into my lounge pants but these tights are a pleasure to wear from day to night. In fact, I’ve already worn them from the office to the bar on a Friday evening when I didn’t have time to apply fake tan after work. Lifesaver!

Here, I’ve teamed them with a Zara denim shirt dress, a Superdry leather biker jacket and River Island grey suede boots. The dress looks smart without trying too hard and is made from thick denim so it’s great for chilly autumn weather. When I bought it, I thought it would suit all seasons and these tights are ideal for giving them an A/W update. I plan to layer roll neck jumpers in different colours underneath when the winter sets in – I’m all about versatility when it comes to clothes.

Superdry kindly sent me this leather biker jacket last year and I’ve worn it loads since. I wanted to try and keep it as a cover up for nights out but it has managed to work its way into my everyday wardrobe. I love it mainly because it is so warm! I really like the cropped style and zip detailing too as they give a bit of edginess to all my outfits.
