A neutral look featuring Topshop white jeans

I thought that I’d share an outfit with you today as I’ve been posting lots of beauty content recently! I’d post my looks every day if I could but time doesn’t always allow it – such a shame!

A neutral palette is perfect for casual looks!

Anyway, this was an outfit that I threw on to go for lunch with my boyfriend on a sunny afternoon. These Topshop jeans are fabulous but I’m hesitant to wear them too often because even though I love white, it doesn’t love me. I’m a little prone to make-up and food stains!

I paired the jeans with a simple charcoal grey tee that I picked up from River Island last month. It was only £12 and the cotton is lovely quality. I’m not overly keen on the scoop neck as it’s a bit low for my liking but I’m wearing a bandeau bra underneath so I don’t feel too exposed.

The bag is from Warehouse and I’ve been wearing it for the past two summers in a row. It’s a really good size for day-to-day wear and the fringing gives it a laid-back boho vibe which is perfect for breezy summer looks. The strap has pretty plaited detail and it’s also removable so you can use the bag as a clutch too.

My favourite part of the outfit is the shoes. You might know that I have very small feet (they range from an age 13 to a size 2) so when I saw these cute peep toe boots in River Island’s kids range, I was so pleased! Kids shoes have the danger of looking childish but I think that these look suprisingly grown up. The camel colour is super versatile – they’re perfect for putting a dressy spin on casual outfits like this one.
