Unfortunately, stress is an unavoidable part of life, but that doesn’t mean you can’t do anything about it. We can make changes, so that our lives are not so stressful. I’ve compiled a few quick tips to help reduce stress which I’ve found to be helpful when I’m feeling a bit frazzled. I’ve kept them simple but this is by no means all you can do to help yourself. These are just some pointers! I hope you find them useful.

- Call a friend and talk about your problems. A reassuring voice can put everything in perspective.
